Firefighter Lindsay Hays started with MVRFD in 2019. She quickly enrolled in the EMT program at Lane Community College, and began the paramedic program shortly after.
While attending school, Lindsay worked part time for Western Lane Ambulance. Firefighter Hays was hired at Eugene-Springfield fire in 2022 as a full-time paramedic.
When she is not working, Lindsay enjoys a variety of outdoor activitied including hiking and mountain climbing.
